Everything runs on one integrated industrial platform, with ERP, MES, and WMS at its core. Across R&D, manufacturing, and quality control, the data chain between orders, materials, production, and quality is fully connected — digital collaboration and paperless operations end to end. Key processes are measured in line, and dimensional equipment compensates automatically. Product thresholds trigger early warnings. Appearance defects are judged by machine vision, to a single standard that does not vary from shift to shift. Quality control is governed by systems. We operate to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 , as each customer's industry requires, with control from design input all the way through finished-goods shipment. Three gates — first article, in-process, and outgoing — are checked in sequence; key dimensions are monitored in real time by SPC so deviations are caught before shipment, and nonconformities are closed out in a closed loop. The metrology lab runs coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), multi-sensor vision measuring systems, and one-touch dimension measurement systems, supported by contour, roundness, and white-light interferometry instruments. Gauges are calibrated on schedule, and measurement data traces back to national standards, giving process decisions a credible basis. Measurement data is compared against tolerance bands automatically and judged with AI assistance, so the data is reliable and the criteria are consistent. Records are kept for the whole process and traceable to material heat number, machine, shift, and tool, so any anomaly can be traced to the exact lot and process.
