In October 2026, Mounttconn completed its new manufacturing campus in Changshu and began phased start-up the same month. The base covers an area of over 8 acres (≈3.3 hectares), with a factory building area of 40,000 square meters. Tooling, injection molding, metal stamping, and assembly will move onto the single campus in stages.

Construction began in 2024 on land purchased in Changshu, and the campus was completed in 2026. Start-up is being phased by process; once all four are in place, the company's main production will run from one site.

The campus is designed for an annual capacity of 600–800 million parts, depending on product mix.

"In operation, a part moves through tooling, molding, stamping, inspection, and assembly on a single standard and a unified data chain. Within the MES, every unit is traceable to its specific process and batch. When a customer requests a change, the relevant teams can resolve it on-site the same day, eliminating the need to move parts between plants."

The campus runs on the MES, WMS, and PLM systems the company has operated since 2021, with equipment connectivity brought online before the move. Provision has been made for additional connected equipment and data capture, and the site will serve as the base for plant connectivity, data integration, and system coordination — the next stage of the company's smart-factory build-out.

The campus is built as a garden-style plant, landscaped and completed alongside the buildings, with a canteen, sports facilities, and staff housing open from start-up.

Inside the company, the change is summed up in one line: "No shortcuts. Only the process." With all four processes on one route, the requirement applied to each part does not loosen as volume rises. That, the company says, is the basis on which it creates lasting value for its customers.
