3. Hosting and Data Transfer to China

This website is hosted on servers in the People's Republic of China by West‑cn. Personal data collected on this website (e.g. IP address, contact form inquiries) is therefore processed in China. There is no adequacy decision of the European Commission for China. 4. Server Log Files

Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, where your inquiry relates to a contract or pre‑contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering inquiries). Your inquiry is processed by our sales staff in China and, where applicable, by the sales partner responsible for your region. To protect the form against spam, we use a captcha [name of captcha / own solution]. Your data is deleted once your inquiry has been fully handled, unless statutory retention periods apply.
